Baby oil is not good at all for lube. It's not good for your vagina and any oil-based lubes will weaken condoms and make them much more prone to tearing. Honestly, invest in a lube that is made for sex because it will work much better than anything else. They make lubes for sensitive people and vegan lubes if that's what you want/need. Silicone lubes are generally thicker and don't dry out as quickly but will mess up silicone sex toys. Water-based lubes are generally the best bet but are slightly thinner than most silicone lubes and are generally easier to clean up because you body can absorb the moisture better but that also means you will likely need to reapply more frequently than with a silicone lube. I know Astroglide recently released a hybrid lube that is a combo of silicone and water-based so it's pretty thick and lasts but is easier to clean. I have no idea how safe it is for siliconr sex toys though.
