Painful ovulation ?

Uhg okay so I know I'm ovulating today, I took an opk on the 11th(yesterday) and it was positive... today I'm having really bad ovulation pain like a sharp pressure over my ovary. I've been (tmi) constipated the last two days and I really think it's playing a big role in the pain.. it's not as bad as menstrual cramps just it's really prominent and I can feel it when I move lol... VENTING.. anything you ladies do for ovulation pain?
