Well if these are all ones you want, but are just unsure about what to do first and all, is go with third lobe. Try to work up in the sense of how painful each will be. Lobe piercings are pretty tame so I would get them out of the way first.

I have 3 on each love, the first ones are stretched, traguses, nose, and bellybutton. Traguses definitely hurt the most , sooo bad hurt like a bitch, and the bellybutton takes the longest to heal. So personally I'd go with nose i love mine

I have my 1st hole stretched to a 00G, my 2nd holes pierced, my cartilage on both sides pierced and have had my lip pierced. I really want to get my tragus done but have been putting that off because tattoos lol.

I got my helix pierced & i'm obsessed with it! i love it so much! 
The only thing is that it hurts for a while after & you really can't sleep on it. but after a while of you cleaning it everyday it gets better! they usually take 6 months to a year to heal all the way & you can't change it until then.

If you were to ever take it out for good, nose piercings can leave a scar just letting you know
