Dating in our Generation

I have always admired how our parents and grandparents share their love stories, and after hearing these stories I feel like in this generation our way of finding love is different. Back then, when they wanted to talk they actually had to go and talk to the person, now people meet online or slide into their Direct Messages. I am 19 and never had a boyfriend before and I'm terrified I will never find love. I want a cute story of how I meet someone, not a story that starts with meeting online. Can anyone relate to me?
