I know this may sound stupid and annoying but I only have my dad and sisters but I feel embarrassed to ask them but should I be sleeping with a bra or no my dad says I should sleep with one on but other people say I shouldn't (my dad isn't the only one tho) so please help I'm 14 and I don't want to interfere with my growing process if that can happen
