21st Birthday

My boyfriend didn't come home with me for my 21st birthday. I am just planning on visiting family (as my grandma is in bad condition) & then going to the lake bars on Saturday. He has school orientation on Saturday which is why he couldn't come..I'm just sad and disappointed. I wish he could be here with me. I mean...I understand that orientation for school is important but you only turn 21 once. When I had college orientation we literally didn't do anything besides an activity with like..toilet paper and then they gave us a campus tour 😑He is just starting school at a very small community college so I am just frustrated as to why he couldn't just figure things out himself. Yes he is younger than me by 1.5 years. Opinions?
