Acne?!?

Question

Any rhyme or reason why my face would be ridiculously broke out at 7dpo. Like not a little bit. I usually get 2-3 in the same spot each month a couple days before AF but for the past 3 days my face looks like a connect the dots puzzle. Not eating any differently, still washing my face with the same stuff I've used for years. Can't figure out why it's like this. Like worse than a 14 year old boy hitting puberty! Any advice?

I got more spots about 7dpo too I also got my bfp at 12dpo now 10+4 fx for u n sending baby dust xx
