I can't sleep with my window closed so there's always a bit of noise from the street outside cuz I live next to a fairly busy road even in the middle of the night there's still some traffic.

I need some white noise, my fan or the ac. I hate having the tv on though because the flickering lights wake me up and I feel like my brain listens to the tv and gives me hellacious dreams.

No, honestly, I'm afraid I'll hear some voices in it because I used to talk to the tv when it would be just static when I was younger. I don't remember it at all but my mom has it on video and it freaks me out because I had full on conversations..

If I can't sleep I will turn on my tv so it's quite enough it's inaudible. I also listen to something called ASMR videos. It basically a "white noise". It's very relaxing to me.

I have to have my fan. If it's not on it always takes me a minute to figure out what's wrong in my room because It's usually on 24/7 lmao.
