Lately I have been getting these sore like cramps in my lower bladder area.. They aren't super painful but just kinda uncomfortable... I'd say like the last 2-3 months I get them every so often but this last week or so Iv had them a lot.. It was really bad a few days before I got my period and my cramps for my period were the worst they have ever been.. I honestly felt like I was going to throw up I was in so much pain.. I thought maybe I was having a miscarriage but there wasn't a ton of blood.. My periods have always been pretty easy.. The first day sucks but they only last 4-5 days but like I said the last few months my lower uterus or bladder area has been sore and crampy... What could it be!! Help!!!
