Help?!

Hi ladies,

I'm 17 weeks pregnant. Today  I woke up feeling fine, but for the past 2 hours I'm feeling light headed, dizzy, weak with a slight headache. 
Should I just rest it off or should I go to the Dr?

I would guess low blood sugar or low blood pressure as well. Hope it goes well at the doctor!

I have had this since about 16 weeks (now i am 18+6)
Lots Of water and don't stand up too fast. You have 50% more blood in you right now and you body is trying to keep up with the extra blow flow. It's very common, but take it easy!

Also 17 weeks and have had this for a few weeks now. Dr said low blood sugar and or dehighdrated.
