Hoping for a positive

Okay for the past week I have been feeling like crap I have been having clear discharge most days now. I am getting slight period cramps every other day and feel like I might need to be sick now and then and also lower back aches. Is this early stages of pregnancy? I had sex when i was ovualating so fingers crossed. I'm not due on my period until 23rd and want to take a test but don't think it will show yet. Don't really want to get a negative. Can you lovely ladies help me and give me some advice am I overreacting or am I pregnant.
