13w5d headaches anyone else??

Anyone else having bad headaches/ migraines? I took Tylenol because that's the only thing approved by my doc but I already feel it coming back

Glad I'm not alone!!  Ive had them for about 2 weeks straight. I wake up with one and go to bed with one. Having a headache ALL day is awful- the pounding kind that makes you want to puke. I'm trying not to take anything but I don't know how long that will last. I'm currently trying essential oils as a last resort.

Yes!  I get them in the late afternoon and evening and I never used to get them prior to pregnancy.

My doctor told me that taking Tylenol Extra Strength along with drinking a can of coca cola should do the trick. But I insist on just trying to lay down with a warm compress and it does the trick. I'm not trying to take anything during pregnancy.

I bought liquid Tylenol. I know it's crazy but it seemed to help mine just a bit. That and more water and trying to eat healthier. Mine are debilitating

Yes! I'm going on day 3 of having this headache. Mainly it's over my left eyebrow. Not fun at all.  Trying to drink more water.

I have chronic migraines prior to being pregnant but lately ive been waking up with just headaches... If Tylenol doesnt work I put a dab or pepermint oil on my fingers and run it on my temples.. Works wonders.. Im 14 weeks now :)

They're awful. I have found that PastTense from Doterra is amazing. It's a mixture of essential oils like peppermint, frankincense, lavender, and others but I've heard peppermint works well too! Best $23 I've ever spent. My husband keeps using it too lol. But essential oils, caffeine (yes the 200 mg or whatever), and sucking on ice does wonders(:

Headaches were worst for me around 10 and 11 weeks. If it's any consolation my doc attributed this to a boost in progesterone and said it will subside around 15 weeks (at the latest). Mine have already started to decline this week. Hang in there mamas.

I'm having these migraines almost daily. Such a drain! I'm roughing it out until it's bedtime, then I'm taking Tylenol PM and call it a night. I told my doctor about it - otherwise i can go to bed at 9pm and then it can be 3am and I'd still be awake.
