Pregnant but too early to test?

Hi guys! 
So I'm 3 days late for my period, I have been having white discharge and it feels like my period because it feels really wet down there, as well as having tender nipples, but I have no signs of my period.I am sexually active with long time relationship, always unprotected. But I took a test this morning, and I got what seems to be a faint positive, but it faded away before I could get a good picture of it.. Help! So confused. Could I be pregnant?

Definitely possible. I felt like I was having PMS symptoms when I was pregnant. I took the test when I was four days late and got a very faint positive. So maybe try again tomorrow or in a couple of days. Good luck!
