Weird change

For a few weeks I've been experiencing pink to brown spotting it's off and on and when I get it, it only last a few hours and goes away but now I've been experiencing sore breast and nipples for a few days and I've been kinda moody some days just looking for advice and has this happened to anyone and found out there pregnant
