My uterus tilts forward (found it from recent swabs and smears) so I was told to expect to show earlier than usual.. I'm 11 weeks 5 days and look like this

Mamas show earlier with their second baby much more easier than they do with their first :) your bump is cute!! You could be further than you think? Have they ruled out twins?
