Pelvic pressure?

I'm sure I saw a post about this recently but I wasn't experiencing it and scrolled past! But I'm 16 weeks tomorrow and I've been experiencing pelvic pressure and cramping this week. It's gotten progressively worse it seems and today just doesn't feel right. Anyone else having this? Is it normal? I've found conflicting info online. My doctors office is closed for lunch but I'm going to call at 1 when they open again. But any experiences until then would be appreciated to ease my mind! It is quite uncomfortable although I wouldn't quite say painful.
