Post miscarriage PMT

Is anybody else experiencing the worst PMT after miscarriage? I had surgical management in March but they didn't get it all and I only passed my darling twins in June. I'm expecting my second period since and the symptoms are sooo bad. 4 full days of hellish tears, tantrums, snappiness, back pain and such tiredness. I'm def not pregnant. Just wondered if anyone else had experienced anything similar.
