How would you spell the name Keira? We have a daughter chloe and I like the idea of spelling Keira with a 'C' if we have another girl so both girls have 'C' names but my fiancee thinks people won't know how to pronounce it that way. What do u think?

Keira = KEER-ah or KEY-rah
Ceira = SEE-rah or SERE-ah

The way some posters are describing their pronounciations seems like a different name to me. Like Keira versus Kiara or some other three syllable name? Keira looks pretty solidly like a two syllable name to me. Same pronunciation as Kira.

The only reason I said "K" is because if I personally saw it spelled with a "C" I would pronounce it Sierra..but it's totally up to you, you're the mommy and you get to decide, if she doesn't like it, she can change it later lol

They will call her Sierra, if spelled with a K. Clara is a cute alternative, if you're wanting to stick with Cs.
