Who else is overdue!?

Annoyed, doctor wants to induce next Wednesday. I do not want to be induced!!! Hopeful stories!? Btw I'm dilated to 1 and my cervix is still firm 😳🙄🙄

I was induced also and it was a breeze honestly. From the time she broke my water to the time he was born was only 6 hours exactly. I understand you don't want to get induced, but keep an open mind that not all inductions are terrible.

On my due date I had no indications of labor. No contractions, hadn't lost my plug, no special feelings. I went to sleep. At four am the next morning I woke up to sporadic contractions. At four pm, they were every three or four minutes apart and I had lost my plug slowly throughout the day so I called the midwife. I didn't sound upset enough, so she didn't think I was really in labor, but said I could come in and get checked. So at five we checked in to the hospital (and I was at 8cm - midwife made a very funny face :) ). And she was born at 8 pm. So, no indications of labor doesn't show anything about labor.

My due date is today, though since my original due date was a week ago I'm getting a non stress test and ultrasound on Monday and then induction next Thursday if he hasn't come by then.

I was induced and I loved my labor and delivery. The contractions weren't anymore painful than I thought they'd be. My mom was induced with all five of us and she didn't even get epidurals. She got one with the last one because she wanted to try it out.
