Gum and pregnancy? ???

So people say that it isn't good to chew gum during pregnancy but it helps with my nauseous stomach in the morning and during the day. Should I stop chewing gum or its it fine?

Gum (sugar free) is really good for your teeth, it increases saliva which neutralises acid therefore preventing cavities 😊 there's absolutely no reason not to chew gum in pregnancy x

It was actually recommended to me to chew gum to help with acid reflux so I'm gonna say that's not true.
