Help! Advice please!
39 weeks today. Went in for a check up and first of all the nurse asked why my protein was so dang high in my urine?! I said I don't know! So they went on to check me...1.5 cm dialated and 75% effaced. She then said I was measuring small so sent me for an ultrasound where the lady said he's 6 pounds 8 and seems to have enough fluids?
Ok so then I left and was in target and had a big gush come out! Like not a crap ton hah but enough to soak my undies 😖 and when I looked I also had a clear mucous like substance come out. I called and they had me come back in to just check. She said oh wow! There's a lot of fluid up there but did a swab and said its not amniotic fluid. Now that I'm home I'm seeing a brownish bloody substance. This whole day was just stressful and not reassuring whatsoever. Do y'all think it could be blood from the exam? Or do you think it's my show/ plug starting to come out? Also do you think it's amniotic fluid or what?! Ah I'm worried. Thanks.
