Freaked out! Colostrum, late period neg HPT!?

Im 20 days late, neg hpt, only today getting some symptoms. My ultrasound is Monday. I was curious with my nipples being sensitive so I squeezed one and my heart skipped a beat when light whitish stuff came out. Super freaked out! Could this be another sign I'm actually pregnant or just random?

You could have elevated prolactin levels. It can cause your period to be late, the discharge from your nipples and infertility. You should have your levels checked by your physician. It is pretty easily corrected if that is he case.
