How do you feel about your MIL?

I feel like we're like predispositioned to not like our mother in laws very much, especially when we're pregnant lol. After reading a lot of rants on here, how do you feel about yours? Is she a nice lady or more of a monster in law? What about your other in laws?

at first, I really liked his mom. I still do, it's just living with them drives me crazy. I think it's because of overexposure. When I lived back at home, my mom drove me crazy. Now that I moved out, we have a great relationship. His mom just relies on us too much for comfort because his father isn't the greatest and her other two kids live in another state, she doesn't have very many friends. She'll invite herself out when we go to movies and we just go along with it. and she'll randomly come into our room and linger. She is nice, just too much sometimes

I really didn't like mine at first, but these past 2  years she really changed for the better. I get along with her great now.

I got lucky w mine. Shes awesome and puts all her kids as #1 (I count as one of her kids now haha) her and my FIL are close now w my family as well.

I love my MIL and get along with her very well. I sometimes find her frustrating because she sometimes does dumb things, like poor financial decisions. But things between us have always been good :)

Mine is...interesting. She married young and had my husband young so she still acts like she's in her 20s. She lives in a different state so when my husband and I had been dating for a little over a year, we flew down so I could meet her. She decided the best way to bond with me was to take me to this geriatric Jamaican dancehall where we awkwardly ran into her ex husband who she pretended to ignore all night while asking me if he was looking at her. So...yeah. Oh, and she wore white to my wedding which I am still salty about 😤.

I have the greatest mother in law! She always thanks me for making her son happy and I always thank her for raising the man of my dreams! She's seriously the sweetest lady ever!!! She bought me a birth stone ring "just because she was thinking about me" She's always been supportive even though my husband and I have a 20 year age difference. She's such a lovely lady with a giant heart!!!! :)

I ❤️ my mother in law. She is amazing. She has taught me how to speak another language, how too cook different foods, different things on how to remove stains from just about any surface or clothing, she has taught me a lot about her history and has always been there when I have needed anything. I could go on and on but she is awesome and we get along very well ☺️
