Foods to increase supply?

What are some good foods to be eating to increase my milk supply?

I've been trying this lactation smoothie I found on Pinterest ... Seems to be working ... It's rolled oats 1/3-1/2 cup... 2tbl flaxseed (ground)... Honey (to taste).. Milk (almond milk if u like) .. 1 banana ... 2tbl peanut butter... blend well ... Tastes really good cold !!! I've increased about 1-2 ounces in the mornings... and actually started leaking for the first time yesterday ...
