My baby had a similar rash and the pediatrician said it looked like eczema. I've been using Aveeno Eczema Therapy and its clearing up nicely.

Not even doctors diagnose rashes from pictures so I don't think mothers can 😉 but I'd say if it doesn't go away it won't hurt to ask your doctor.

If it is eczema, we found that Vanicream (3x a day) and hydrocortisone (1x a day) works well for our baby.
