How long to breastfeed?

Just curious to get different opinions on how long you think you should breastfeed. My goal was exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months and I made it, yay! Baby is now almost 7 months, eating solids, and I've started supplementing one formula bottle per day to cut down on how much I need to pump. I'm torn on how much longer to continue!

The WHO recommends two years. Many Americans try to make it to 1 year. That aside... Your family, your choices. I would re- research the benefits of breastfeeding, reflect on how it's going for your family specifically, and think about how you feel when you feed your baby. If it is not working anymore for you or your baby, then stop. If you have any reasons to keep going. Then do so. Don't let anyone make this decision for you.

Each person has different opinions. For me 6months and im done. Ill do the same for my next kid. But its recommended 1-2years. Thats not gonna fly for my lifestyle but for others they love it. The choice is yours.
