Very tricky situation...

Hi! So, I have been on birthcontrol for about a year. Im on junel fe. I was on my last row of pills (just the brown ones when I reach those I just don't take them), on the first day of hormone pills I took flagyl (antibiotics) for five days. On Saturday August 13th I noticed my CM was the consistency of an eggwhite, and it was super super stringy and thick. So I knew I was ovulating. My last period was August 3rd for about four days. I have pretty regular periods. On August 13th my bf and I had unprotected sex and he did finish inside.   I started my hormone and antibiotics on the Thursday before that. Keep in mind I hadn't taken any pills for a week. Monday we had sex again and the same thing. So this Wednesday I woke up with slight cramping.. sore boobs. And very very light streak of blood. Today. (Thursday) I wake up and wipe, all. I saw was a little brown blood. I went to work, and it did become a little more consistent. It was really dark, then it got super pink, then it was only enough to get in a panty lines a tad bit for the rest of the day. But when I peed (like twice an hour) I would wipe three times until the blood was gone. After two hours of that, it returned back to brown and now I have no bleeding at all.
