Anyone who has studied abroad can you give me some information?

The places offered in my college are not somewhere I'm interested in. Also the scholarships offered aren't enough to cover everything. I want something like the Benjamin Gillman scholarship or something that will cover tuition and fees and housing. Basically the whole package. Also can I use my Fafsa for studying abroad? Thanks!
