Am i feeling the babys?

I am 13+4 pregnant with modi twins. A couple of days ago i started to feel like a hard spot on my stomach.i cant feel it when im standing. I dont look pregnant yet just alittle fat -.- but when i lay down i feel a hard spot about the size of one of my hands its under my belly button. Is that the babys?

I'd say yes, that's probably your uterus. 
I'm 12 weeks with my third and I can feel it. Particularly when I sleep because I'm a belly sleeper and it feels like I'm sleeping on a big lump.

Might be, but hard to say. I started getting that just this week (16) and only when lying flat. I look totally pregnant already though!

I've been having same thing I only get it lying down and the other day was full blown kicking they were having a party I'm 12-13 weeks
