Why my new toy won't work. 
I don't know if I wasn't supposed to take out the plastic where the batteries go, but even when I put it back in... Nothing
It doesn't turn on?
I bought new batteries for it
Maybe I have a dud, or maybe I broke it when I took out the plastic casing?
