Need some positivity!

We're going for our first appointment and to see the heartbeat on Tuesday and I am so nervous/scared. I see all these stories about ladies who go to their appointment only to find out they've had a mmc. That combined with my previous mc has me almost dreading the appointment. So I was hoping we could use this space to share some good news.
