Spotting instead of af?

Question

It been 6 weeks today since I miscarried I started spotting Wednesday night brown and only when I wipe..  Is this normal?

Could this be the start of my af or something else?

I had brown spotting 6 weeks after my mc, and it lasted and week and then stopped. This was just last week. I am thinking it counted as my period? I'm not sure though!

Just fyi: 4 weeks after mc I started spotting,  got a bit heavier (used a tampon barely filled it though) then lighter then nothing... A few days later I am now spotting again... This is not normal for me as I have a heavy flow for a good 6-7 days. :/

I spotted the first day of AF then heavier, also had cramping. Seems like a pretty normal period so far now
