Tell me how to track?
Just ordered opk's , pregnancy tests and a thermometer to track my bbt.
1) how do I use the opk's? How do I know when it's positive?
2) when should I take a pregnancy test? What cycle day? How many days after ovulation?
3) how do I know when I'm ovulating through tracking my bbt?
