Sleep Is Overrated
Hey all. I'm currently 17 + 2, and was just starting to be able to sleep well again. Then last night happened. I woke up at 2 to use the bathroom, and could not fall back to sleep for the life of me. I laid there until 3:30, then I got up to make a cup of chamomile tea. Finally, at 5ish, I laid back down and was able to sleep from 6 to 9. It sucked all of my energy today. This was happening almost every night for a few weeks from beginning of July until last week (and I was teaching summer school - fun). I'm fortunate that I'm on vacation now but I'm weary of it happening again, especially once schools starts back. Any tricks/tips on falling back to sleep in the middle of the night?
