Heating pad works well alternate between your abdomen back and buttocks ... Laying in bed or on a chair that reclines.. If you do this your first day it helps a lot. As well as an over the counter pain reliever like midol .. If you don't have a heating pad use a hot water bottle... Or take a wet washcloth place it in a sandwich bag for a minute in the microwave.. I take Aleve or even use lamaze breathing techniques to pass the cramps.

I just wanna check all of them... Well sex during period eases the pain but after that cramp comes back...
