Period cramps before BFP?

Did anyone have period like cramps but actually ended up being pregnant?

I kept cramping which made me believe my period was about to start after a week of not getting my period I took a pregnancy test and came back positive.

Thanks guys, you're all giving me a little bit of hope... I'm cramping and period is due tomorrow. I got a negative test two days ago, and thought for sure these cramps meant period was around the corner. At least now I know there's still a tiny bit of hope!
