UTI Troubles-- Please respond!

Ok, so I'm not proud of this, but here's the deal. I've had some sort of ongoing bladder infection for nearly a year now. It causes me no pain, no issues, other than foul smelling urine. (Gross, I know). I've seen my doctor twice about it and both times he's given me an antibiotic, both times, I have not finished the antibiotic. So it keeps returning. I know I'm an idiot, but I'd really rather not make another trip to my doc for this. Can anyone vouch for any pharmacy products that will help me extinguish this issue without making another visit with my doc?
