Clogged milk ducts HELP!
Help! My right boob is insanely hard and has some lumps, I think my milk ducts are clogged. How can I get relief ? I massaged it and keep pumping but hardly anything comes out, and that's my good boob that always has a lot of milk. It's so heavy I need relief. What have you mommies done for relief and how long does this sh*t last??
