Is cinnamon tea bad ?

I'm 33 weeks and I've been craving a cinnamon tea is it bad to drink I've heard it could cause contractions?

I'm glad you asked this! I read that some teas can remove protein from your body and you will lose it when you pee. Not sure what kind of tea?
Also I've read a lot of articles that say to NOT drink herbal teas. 
I LOVE sweet tea but since reading that stuff (around 14 weeks -now I'm 30+3) I've just been too worried about drinking any kind of tea.
Can anyone suggest specific types of teas that are okay? I know some have a lot of caffeine but that shouldn't be too much of an issue -I only drink water

You would have to drink gallons of any tea for it to put you in early labor. It would probably make you sick before it even did that.  This is what my midwife said when I asked. I drink peppermint/red raspberry/nettle/ cinnamon and a few others everyday. 30 weeks and no signs of labor. I'm actually expected to go over my due date.

I can't speak for everybody but my last pregnancy I loved Cinnamon tea and never had contractions or early contractions I was actually 3days over my due date so I wouldn't worry about it personally
