what is your night time routine for baby?

First time mom here. Just wondering what your routine is for your baby when going to bed and for naps?

Say goodnight to things around room, sleepsack, turn on white noise machine, turn off lights, walk around room 5 times, lay down awake. We do that for all naps and bedtime. At bedtime we read a book first though.

For bed we have my two year old pick up his toys, then we wash his hands and brush his teeth, then we read a Bible story, sing him a couple of songs, pray, and tuck him in. For naps I jus sing him a couple of songs and pray.  :)

During the day we keep it simple: eat, play, sleep repeat. Around sunset we turn lights down and volumes low in the house, give baby a bath, cluster feed for an hour or so and she's out around 8pm. At nighttime we don't play or provoke her to stay awake either. Quick diaper changes and quiet feedings. Helps her to fall right back to sleep easily.
