Colposcopy

So before in August, I had a Pap smear done. Results came back mildly abnormal. No other information was giving to me. As far as I'm aware, tested twice before my husband, std clear. All partners I have had, I have asked(yes I trusted, also used condoms) and they were all clean they said. So I was freaking when I got these pap results because internet says hpv can cause these results. Well, I was told to have another pap in a year. Well found out I was pregnant, and first appointment, doctor said its fine, to have my appointment that's in a year. Well now I'm high risk. Twin pregnancy. My new doctor seemed pretty worried because her chart, bright red letters, high risk, check immediatly. She told me she does not want to do a biopsy, nor does she want to cause any trauma to my cervix so she just wants to look. And keep looking throughout the pregnancy to make sure it doesn't turn to cancer (1% chance). Anyone have a colposcopy while pregnant? What happens? I'm panicking lol. I go next week. Also my mom has cervical cancer so I know it's possible I can have it, so that makes me stress out more.
