I give up, I'm so miserable

I'm 6 weeks and 2 days and I've been in so much pain for like 2 1/2 weeks now. I went to the ER on Sunday night and had a follow up on Tuesday and they said everything looks fine but even after a 6 1/2 hour shift I come home and cry myself to sleep because I'm in so much pain. It hurts so bad that I want to just throw up and idk how much more I can handle of this. This pain is causing me to have a mental breakdown
