Mirena IUD

Arie • I was told I was dangerous. I asked why?? They said; "Because, you don't need anyone." That's when I smiled.
So I received the Mirena November 2015. They said that from 3-6 months my periods would be longer than normal, heavier and a little more discomfort. However, it's nearly 10ish months after and I still get periods every month (lasting 10-14 days) with awful discomfort and cravings (my period is worse than before). And I can't figure out why, everything else has been smooth sailing (the mood swings, birth control function ect.) but why am I still having these awful periods?? Please help!!
