Personal help please!

I'm really sorry to post this on here but can't find any help online and a bit embarrassed to go to the doctors. I have a slightly itchy and sore vagina, and i have pain and burning when having sex. I don't think it's thrush cos I haven't got discharge but my husband seems to have caught it!! As his bits are sore!! We both have not slept around (before anyone thinks that!) I'm getting a bit worried. Has anyone had this before?! Please help!!
