Babys heartbeat

Okay, so I have an at home monitor and I was listening to the baby's heartbeat and it sounded fine and then all the sudden it dropped below 115 and I know the baby didn't move cause i can feel when baby moves and it picked right back up, should I get checked out? I'm 19 weeks today.
