Possibly Pregnant?

I know i wont know without taking a test but my period isnt for another week. I had implantation bleeding with my 1 yr old son. But Im not having that yet but i am having a sharp pain right about where my right ovary/uterus is. its been going on for a couple days at random times. i ovulated about 7 to 10 days before this and we had sex. We are trying to concieve for 5 months now. Has anyone else had that and turn out to be pregnant?
