Ttc but taking painkillers

Okay I'm really worried that me and my so are trying to conceive but I've came down with an extremely painful absess and I've taken Paracetamol, Ibuprofen and codeine and I'm worried that if I am it's going to damage my chances especially when I just read that ibuprofen can cause fertility problems I'm extremely worried. Also I have an emergency dentist appointment should I tell them I'm TTC so they can find tablets that won't effect? TIA x
