I'm exhausted
Some nights my 10 week old will sleep 9-2 2-5 but recently he's up every hour or so and I can't figure out why
any tips? I keep him swaddled and try a paci and white noise which always helps him fall asleep. Not sure why the change, no growth spurt or mental leap
