Endometriosis and TTC

We have been TTC for over a year now, I had the surgery 3 years ago now and was on Depo until June 2015. I also have high risk HPV not sure its thats TMI but we have been discussing with my OBGYN and she says to give it another month or two before we do fertility testing and im just getting discouraged. Infertility and tubal pregnancies run high in our family for the women with endometriosis. Does anyone have any advice? We have had sex almost everyday w/o AF especially during my FW. Any feed back would be appreciated. AF is due 8/27
