Cd19!
So I've been off the depo shot for a little over 2 years, and this past month I started taking Vitex and I'm pretty sure I ovulated this month for the first time since I've been off depo! I'm now on CD 19 and I have a lot of creamy cm. Is that normal? I've never had this much cm before.
